I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing quick and efficient service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near all the bustling shops and restaurants. I loved the fact that there was ample parking available right outside the hotel, which was monitored by parking attendants throughout the night. The room itself was absolutely perfect, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was amazing, and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was to die for, with a delicious spread and amazing coffee. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The location is perfect for exploring Robberg Nature Reserve and the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable, brand-new beds.

The design and color coordination of the hotel were mind-blowing, creating a visually stunning atmosphere. The bedroom and bathroom were fabulously comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The large fridge and coffee and tea making facility were super convenient. The healthy and delicious breakfast options with lots of choices left us jaw-droppingly satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like VIP guests. The central location was ideal, with an off-site car park that made parking hassle-free. The nearby restaurants, shops, and bars were easily accessible, and the beach was within walking distance. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy of the well-designed rooms.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and fabulously comfortable, with large fridges, tea, and coffee-making facilities. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Though the restaurant is busy, service can be slow at times and you may have to ask managers for help.

We enjoyed watching our favorite shows and movies together, creating special moments during our stay. Additionally, the opportunity to go whale watching was absolutely incredible. We were captivated by the majestic creatures and it was an experience we will never forget.

My children wanted a bigger play area for kids to enjoy.

Amazing Stay During Thanksgiving!

My family and I had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this brand new hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel café. The coffee was top-notch, and the pastries were mouth-watering. we appreciated the volunteers who kept an eye on our car overnight, which gave us peace of mind.

Although we loved our stay, there were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. There was a bit of noise from the street, even though we used the sign provided to request quiet hours.

We loved the central location in this city near the top-rated restaurants and chic cafes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the clean and well-equipped rooms. The complimentary breakfast in the cafe next door was a great start to our day, with fresh juice and coffee. The Junction Boutique Hotel was an excellent choice for our family stay on the Garden Route. The rooms were perfectly clean and had a great stylish interior. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the satellite programming available for our entertainment, as well as the opportunity to go whale watching nearby. It was a wonderful experience overall.

For dads, it would be great to have a small play area or kid-friendly activities for families with children.
